In his work for clients such as Allconnect, Best Buy and Georgia-Pacific, Jed has brought his experience in awareness campaign planning, online/offline media relations, blogger outreach, and trade media relations. In his more than 20 years of experience, he has worked with a variety of clients -- including technology companies in the healthcare and software development sectors--on issues surrounding social media planning and content development. His background includes management of national trade media relations and tradeshow promotion for Doosan Infracore of America (heavy construction equipment), positions as the healthcare practice segment leader for Ogilvy Public Relations’ Atlanta office; director of communications for the Georgia Department of Human Resources (the state’s largest social services agency); consumer health information company; and as national vice president with the Arthritis Foundation. Jed has received a number of public relations and corporate communications awards during his career, and frequently volunteers his services with local nonprofit organizations and trade associations.
